I provide a free 20-minute consultation to potential clients to determine our goodness of fit.

During these 20 minutes, you can tell me what brings you to therapy and briefly describe your current presenting issues and challenges so I can get to know you and ensure I can provide the help you need.

If your issue needs other specialists to work with you, I will refer you to other professionals who specialize in your issues. If you need a higher level of care, I will redirect you to a suitable facility to get help.

This consultation is also a time for you to ask me any questions not addressed on my FAQ page.

If you are afraid, have ambivalence, or are resistant, you can tell me about it. I will do what I can to make you feel more comfortable to begin our work process together.
